Return Policy

Here at Southern Charm Boutique powered by Hespera, we want you to love what you've ordered, and we are here to help within our guidelines if there is an issue.

Refund 

We offer a return for store credit if you are not happy with your purchase for 14 days after receipt of your items. After 14 days, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All special order items are FINAL SALE.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Items purchased from Live Sales that have taken place "On Location," Custom pieces, and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Your store credit will be processed, and you will receive and email with your credit within seven business days of our receipt of the returned product; if it meets the above criteria. 

If your return is not approved, our Customer support team will reach out to discuss your options. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive to you defective or damaged. We will try to replace the item with the same item or one as similar as possible due to the limited availability of each item. To inquire about an exchange, send us an email at Support@ShopSouthernCharmBoutique.com
